Dear Martha,

It has been a while since last year we met. Due to the upcoming new year’s eve, my family and I are planning to have a vacation to Los Angeles and we would like to invite you and your family to join us. That will be a fascinating trip we are going to spend together.

We have lined up a variety of activities we can enjoy. First of all, I have planned that we are staying at my uncle’s villa at Beverly Hills. We are not required to reckon about booking a hotel to stay in. Then we can have fun at Santa Monica beach to watch fireworks show and play some rides at the funfair. While waiting for the new year, we are going to have some barbecue and eat together with the whole family. That’s going to be so much fun!

Don’t forget to bring some essential items such as snack, clothes for one week, swimsuit once you want to enjoy the beach, and cash for any emergency expenses.

Regarding the budget, it will be approximately 500$ per person which includes round-trip tickets and food for the entire week.

I’m looking forward to hear the decision from you and I can’t wait to delight in the end of the year with you.
