Dear Sir,

I am writing this to formally request regarding information and admission criteria for advanced english course which you are offering. I saw your course add online at your college website.I would like to get some more information before enrolling.

To provide some background, I have just completed my intermediate degree. now I want to improve my english speaking and listening with advanced grammer. I need some information about, How much fees do you charge, and how can i pay online or cash? In addition, how many months long is this course.

To move forward with my acadamic planning, I would like to request you If you could provide me entery requirments in detail such as which documents have to submit you? and also which level of english required you to give admission? Furthermore, what are the class timings during a whole week, and how long will the class be?
