Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in reference to your enquiry for improving certain facilities and services at the library. I have visited the library many times, and some things should be improved to facilitate users.

The library has separated sections for every subject having book shelves and desk to study. Each section is labelled upfront and is convenient for readers to find their subject-related section. They could take notes on the reading desk present in that area without finding a new place to sit.

Although the library has a digital system available on the computer for finding books, most of the time it is quite unavailable or the server is down and people have to search them manually from large book racks, which is tiresome.

I would suggest making an efficient digital server of the data related to book availability and location in the library, resulting in people’s facilitation. Moreover, the air conditioning system should be renewed in some areas, specifically in the History and Literature section, so that readers can study easily.
