I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to express my enjoyment during spending time at your library, there are many type of books and several of language. What I like the most is the cozy embrance space to relax while reading a books.

Despite, there are some inconvenience that I face during borrowing books. For this process I acknowledge that I have to provide my ID card. But in my oppinion if we already have member card, it will be more convinence if we can use member card instead.

Moreover, It would be helpful if we can borrow books online. And have more E-book for reading
