Dear Martha,

I hope this e-mail finds you well. I am writing you this letter to inform you that I want to celebrate my friend in your restaurant, and we will be hosting an intimate gathering this Tuesday night (that’s May 23rd) at exactly 7:00 in the evening. If possible, we would like to book a private room that can fit 50 people.

With regards to the food, can you please serve us some of your Filipino Cuisine with a fusion of Japanese Cuisine? Also, prepare at least 5 servings of a vegetarian dish as we have a vegan visitor.

To sum it up, I would also like to add some decorations (even tho it has an extra charge), balloons, a tarpaulin that says “Congratulations”, flowers, confetti, as well as string lights.
