Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about your catering services, as I am planning to hold a birthday celebration at my home. The event will take place on the evening of Saturday, 25th October.

I am expecting around 40 guests, including both adults and children. Therefore, I would like the menu to have a good variety to suit different age groups and preferences.

In particular, I would appreciate a mixture of light appetizers, several main courses such as grilled chicken, vegetarian pasta, and seafood options, as well as desserts like fruit salad and chocolate cake. I would also like to know if you can provide beverages, both soft drinks and juices.
