Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding my rent. i would like to infrom you to terminate my rent sooner because I am planning to start fresh to a new city for career prospects.

I want to relocate to a new city because my colleague got information about a job vacancy for teaching young learners in Jakarta and she told me that I might get that oppurtunities if I apply soon. My current job is not suitable for me because I am not passionate and I had to give extra energy.

I plan to move out on Sunday, 16th August 2025 because I will have more free time to package my things in the weekend time. I heard last time when we talk, you have activity all weekdays even at saturday. I am afraid that when I am moving out I might not be able to see you.

For the arrangements about the final inspection or handover of the property, I would like to do that in weekends time and if you also want me to pay full month rent for August I have no problem with it.
