Dear landlord,

I hope you will be fine. I am writing this letter to you on my personal issue related to subletting my apartment. I am going with my friends on short holidays from July 10, 2025 to Sep 12, 2025.

I have my friend coming in my city for the purpose of study. He is from my city and I will take responsibility for him, as he is from my city and my best friend. He is looking for apartment here in this city, but he needs some place to stay in start days.

I am sure you will look into the matter. I will ensure that he will pay rent on time and do necessary things to maintain the apartment. I am waiting for your permission.
