Dear Mr. Fadli Ananda, i would like to inform you about my time off request.

I want to take a short vacation going to East Europe with my whole family from 9 February 2021 until 20 February 2021 and the total off work i would request is 12 days.

The main reason i have to leave because the ticket have been purchased last year before i started working in here.

About all my working responsibilities, i’ve communicated this thing to all the staff to backing up my work while i’m on my off work.

I hope you’ll accepted my off work aplication as soon as possible because next week i should go to Jakarta for proceed my visa administration and application because time is getting tied for issued my visa.

And the last thing i hope you still want to employe me so that we can still be colleagues in the future
