Dear Anant,

Hope you are doing well. I’m writing to request you to take care of my apartment for the next week. My family and I will be out of the town for a couple of days because we are going to explore Shimla, which is a well-known place for the highest mountains and beautiful lakes. Moreover, we have been planning for this adventurous trip since the last year.

It would be very helpful for me if you could take care of my flat for the time being. Furthermore, the crime rate has been increased significantly in the past few years, for that reason, it is not safe for us to leave our home without supervision.

Although my apartment is too large, you don’t need to worry about the number of responsibilities because our pet will be with us for the trip, and you only need to take care of regular cleaning of the floors. Additionally, please ensure sufficient watering for the herbs, planted in the balcony.
