Dear Sir or Madam,

I am contacting you to inquire about renting an apartment from your accommodation rental office.

Firstly, I am from Uzbekistan and I work as a director of Cambridge Presidential School. I was inviting by Cambridge University for attending refresher classes which Cambridge University teachers are organizing for directors. So, I searched somewhere for accommodation about quarter of year. Then, not only my best friend, but also, your loyal customer Mr.Johnson recommended your office me.

In addition, I would be grateful, if you could give me accommodation place consists two spacious and light rooms – one of the comfortable bedroom with TV, cooling and heating system, sofa and another one is my work place with WI-FI and laptop. Also, a kitchen that perfect for cooking and balcony to feel myself airy and inviting.

Finally, I hope my flat is located nearby Cambridge University or public transport. Furthermore, I am really keen on my place of residence near to the entertainment and historical place to boost my mood and broden my horizone.

I look forward to hearing your reply as soon as possible.
