Dear Mr. Luke,

I am writing to introduce myself as I will be joining you and your family for two weeks as a part of my French language training arranged by Star institute.

My name is Urvish Gadkari and I am 25 years old and I am a logistics coordinator by profession. I am learning the French language for developing new skills and accessing more job opportunities. As a part of the training, I will be spending two weeks with your family to understand the vocabulary better.

I would also like to know about the food preference of your family although I am a vegetarian, I would not mind your cuisine unless my food is prepared separately.

I will be arriving on 23rd August, 2024 via the Air Canada flight from London. As the institute has already provided me with your details, don’t stress to pick me from the airport, as I have already booked a cab for the same.

I am looking forward to spend some quality and informative time with your family.
