Dear Store Manager,
I hope this message meets you well, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the mobile phone I bought on the 23rd of January, at your store located in Lagos.
The phone seemed to work perfectly initially, but upon using it for few days, it developed fault. The device switched off, even though the phone was on 70%. Furthermore, i was not able to charge it, because the charging port is defective.
As this item was bought for professional purposes, this damage has caused significant setback to my work. I have attached photographs clearly showing the issue for your reference.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange either a replacement or a full refund at your earliest convenience. Please also advice on the return procedure.
