I am a loyal customer and I am writing for showing my disappoint about the new gym machines that you have introduced. The gym has a lot of subscribers and if you reduce the number of machines many of this customers must waiting for making exercise and this wait is very stressed.
I joined in Roxy Gym five years ago and during this time I have a wonderful experience is wonderful. Roxy Gym is like a big famuly but in the last year I’m having the feeling that you have considering like only a number and you don’t care us.
The gym cuts the costs, it reduces the course and the number of coaches.
Last but not least, the showers are very dirty, I have never seen nobody clean that bathroom. This bathroom will became like a dirty farm if you dont’t provide to tidy up.
Unfortunately, I decide to delete my subscription because the condition are terrible. I hope that one day you will solve all the ploblem.
