Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well.The reason why I am writing this letter is about to cancel my gym membership, and i’m really sorry about it.I have faced with some problems during i was there.

One day i asked to one of the guide about weight lifting idea but he became rude on me and didnt response on me.it feels me very sad and others thing is there are some guy who come to wrokout same time with me and they always making noise plays theri own music in a loud volume the changing room is smells so bad.I saw thier lack of cleaning.

This kind behaviours makes me unhappy and unsatisfied.This are some issues which i have been experienced.i want to inform you that i’m not going to take membership from your gym anymore.please kindly refund back my payments which i already paid.you can send me thru bank transfer.I hope you will understand.Thank you.
