Dear Mr. Doucet,

I writing this letter to inform you about the fax machine that has been giving issues for a while now.

From the last month, sometimes the faxes go through but otherwise most of the faxes fail even though we have been faxing it to the right numbers. This increases our work drastically because we have to try multiple times to send through a fax. We also have to go to another department to send our faxes. This is really time consuming and sometime, it is so hectic that it is hard to leave the department and try it from some other machine. IT has also tried many times to fix it but it breaks again.

I am just wondering if you could please replace this fax machine with a new one so that it can save us time and improve our efficiency at work. I would appreciate it.
