Dear Course Administrator,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the course I recently completed at your institution as it did not meet my expectations.
When I enrolled in the course, I was expecting comprehensive and practical instruction, particularly in relation to up-to-date course materials, qualified instructors and sufficient opportunities for hands-on practice. The course description also suggested regular feedback and interactive sessions, which were key reasons for my decision to enroll.
Unfortunately, the course fell short in several respects. Many of the lessons were poorly structured and relied heavily on outdated materials. In addition, the instructor often arrived late and appeared unprepared, which reduced the overall quality of the sessions. There was also very limited interaction and assignments were returned without meaningful feedback, making it difficult to track my progress or improve my skills.
In light of these issues, I would appreciate an appropriate resolution. I would either welcome the opportunity to retake the course with improved instruction at no additional cost or receive a partial refund of the course fees. I believe this would be a fair response considering the circumstances.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and look into improving the quality of the course for future students. I look forward to your response.
