Dear Course Organizer,

I am writing to complain about my disappointment regarding the “Advanced Coding Design” class that I signed up for at Immigration Management Business School (IMC) on March 2nd. Unfortunately, this course did not match what was promised.

According to the advertisment, this course should cover all the knowledge for both coding and interface design even to be more specific it should included CSS languages and JavaScript. However, in the real class none of this knowledge has been taught in class, and all teahcing is based only on presentation and youtube videos.

Therefore given out the significant different between the real class and the advertisment, I expected a full refund of $39,750 for the school feels for the first year of this course within next month.

Please let me know within 14 days how you intend to resolve this matter.
