Dear Sir

I am writing in order to complain about your course. We were going to this education centre with my best friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the first week of the lessons. However, after that we experienced a number of problems. First of all, atmosphere is not good. For instance, very dirty and uncomfortable. Moreover, there is not special water for pupils. I think there must be water in every room. Secondly, learning spaces are not clear. There are not any cleaners in academy and teachers clean class area in the weekend. In my opinion it is so rare. As a result, I decided suggest some ways to improve and teaching little materials and the structure for developing great module. I believe that if you attention advice, schooling will improve. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problems.
