Dear Sir,
I am writing to tell you about something that happened during my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed there from the 20th to the 23rd of October in room 205. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke a lamp in my room, and I feel very sorry about it.
The accident happened when I was packing my suitcase. I moved my bag from the table and my hand hit the lamp by mistake. It fell on the floor and broke. I did not mean to do it, and I understand it is my responsibility to pay for the damage.
Please let me know how I can make the payment. You can charge my credit card that I used for the booking, or tell me if I should send the money by another way.
Once again, I am very sorry for the trouble, and I hope you will accept my apology.
Yours faithfully,
[Arash Sikandary]
