Dear Monu,
I hope you are doing well. I’m writing to sincerely apologize for the damage to your lawn mower that I borrowed recently.
While I was using it to cut my backyard grass, I accidentally ran over a hidden tree root. The mower made a loud noise and then stopped working. I checked, and it looks like the blade is badly damaged, and the motor may have been affected as well.
I feel really sorry about this. I know your lawn mower is your property and you trusted me with it. I respect your belongings and feel terrible that this happened while it was in my care.
To make things right, I’ve already contacted a local repair shop and will take it in for a full inspection. If it cannot be fixed properly, I will replace it with a new one of similar or better quality. Please rest assured I will cover all the costs.
Again, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can forgive me. Let me know what works best for you.
Warm regards,
Gurpreet Singh
