Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to apologize for the recent damage happen in the kitchen area because of my mistake.

My name is Smit Parmar, and I live in 740 York Mills Road, Apt 1401. I moved to this apartment three months ago. While, I was trying to clean the kitchen, I spilled the excessive water on the floor. As a result, it reached the circuit board near the fridge and short-circuit happened.

After that, I did several failed attempts to start the refrigerator. It is very serious situation for my family as fridge is not starting due to damage to the internal unit. As a result, food may become stale, and it would be financial loss for us.

I understand, this happened because of my mistake. Though, we are facing this kind of situation for the first time. So, we would be grateful if you can help us by calling an electrician. However, we would bear the expense related to damage.
