Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my annoyance about the recent incident that happened on a bus while I was travelling back to my home from my workplace.

Firstly, when I entered in a bus it was fully occupied and there was no vacant seat. Therefore, I was standing, and a person tried to make sexual misconduct. He tried to touch me inappropriately which has emotionally affected me and I am having sleepless nights. Further, that incident remaind vivid in my memory and has affected my sense of safety while using public transport. However, I request you to emphasis on passenger capacity of buses as there should be adequate space to stand. Moreover, I would recommend to install cameras to prevent such incidents.

I would appreciate your prompt action on this matter.I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention and action on this serious matter.
