Dear Stu,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I just checked your message regarding the request to accommodate your son Vish for this weekend as you and your partner need to leave urgently due to an unexpected family emergency.
I want to assure you that I am totally comfortable in letting Vish stay for this weekend, and even longer, if in case you need to extend your stay. I want to seize this opportunity as your best friend to assist you when you need me the most.
I am available anytime after 6:00 PM on Friday evening. I believe you have to catch an early morning flight to Delhi on Saturday morning. So, if you want, you can drop your son on Friday evening itself at my house. In this way, you can make your trip more hassle-free.
I have already planned couple of activities for your son to make him feel relaxed and unawkward. Firstly, he won’t be feeling lonely in my house because I also have two kids, who will accompany him and keep him busy in playing various games, watching movies or some other similar activities. Secondly, we will go out together for a family dinner and will make sure that he eats his favorite cuisine. Finally, on Sunday, we are planning to go out on a road trip to Mumbai, where Vish can enjoy beautiful sea view, in addition to the magnificent scenary on the road while travelling. I take full responsibility for his safety and well-being.
Once again, I give you my word and assurance to take the stance for looking after your kid while you are away. Please do not hesitate to call me if you want to talk or just hear your son’s voice while you are away.
Yours Truly,Vishva Shah
