Dear Elham,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my apologize due to missing the crucial event. I hope you accept my email and understand my problem.

I really missed all the information about the event and I don’t know what to do that it makes me feel concern and doubtful.

The reason that I missed it was an urgent situation, somebody had been calling me before leaving my home, She told me that I had to go bank as soon as possible that day, when I arrived at the bank, there was nothing special.

Next week on monday, I am completely free for hunging out with you, it is your choice wheter you wanna come at the moring or any time of the day. I will be waiting for you in my old cafe in the town.
