Dear sir

I am writing this letter to book an event with you as your photography skills have won everyone’s heart at my home.

I am surprised and happy at the same time after watching my family pictures. I love the way how you have presented our blissful moments in an album with beautiful transitions and animations.I also appreciate the pocket friendly charges of your studio with no compromise with the quality of snaps.

As your work is commendable,I would like to ask for an availability of slot to book photographers from your studio. My younger brother is getting married next month so I request you to book a slot for this special function as I believe that only your extravagant skills can capture our beautiful memories perfectly.

The marriage will held on Monday 25 of December in the evening from 5pm onwards atre the most popular venue of the city at golden crown resort in sector 8 Panchkula ,Haryana. there will be 500 people at the venue who need to be captured on the occasion. I request you to join us early in case of any special arrangements.
