Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Diya Mishra. I am resident of Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction for the public transportation in our area.

There are numerous problem of bus services in the area. First, the bus is not coming on exact time that mentioned in the display at the station. Second, it always dirty and wet in the season of winter.

These issue are observing on regular basis. As a result, almost all the passengers are facing challenges to reach their destination delay. Also, In the cold months, they got slipped while entering to the bus because their stairs are always been dirty and wet.

I would suggest that if we can increase the frequencies of the buses in the city, then no one will reach their place late. It will also benefited to the office goers as they report on time. Additionally, the cleaning service should be planned at every stop so cleaner will clean the buses and it will be tidy.

I look forward to your positive response in this matter and resolve the issue at earliest.
