Dear Sir,

My name is Yagnesh and i am a resident of the Markwood st. I am writing this letter to complain about a severe condition of public transportation which affecting the health of the citizens.

Tidyness is the first prority for anyone at all the time. However, the buses which comes on our route require some attentaion to clean it inside out. The reason behind this is that they not only stink really bad, but also have trash everywhere. Also,the majority users of this service are the elderly and the kids. If this will not get taken care, it could affect the health of citizens. Apart from this, an additional bus in this area would be really appriciated.

Therefore, I request you to kindly consider this request on prority basis as it is a hygine related concern.

I look forward to a prompt action in this matter.
