Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with public transportation in Halifax.

There are numerous concerns about bus schedule and cleanliness specifically of route 28. I have been using this route for last one year, and the bus is never on time. As a result, many individuals get to work very late, which makes bad impression on their managers. Furthermore, during winter seasons, the bus floors are always dirty and wet. Consequently, people have slipped many times and had bad injuries to their legs.

It would be grateful if you could increase the frequency of the bus and instruct drivers to always be on time. Also, it would be appreciated if you could ask cleaners to clean the bus every day. These measures will prevent unexpected accidents and help people to get to work on time.
