Dear Sir,

I write this letter to make complaint on some issues that i have noticed with the public transportation in the area.

Firstly, i would like to thank the local counsil for provided the new electronic buses to the area however i noticed that these buses are not well maintained, i have travelled in the buses since they were commissioned and i noticed that the maintenace of the buses is getting bad by the day, its usully litttered with wraps of snacks, empty drink bottles and an awful smell like the bus had not been washed.

The second issue i would like to bring to your attention is the administration of the buses. i usually have to wait on a very long queue before getting a ticket to board the bus, this is because the purchasing a ticket is still done manually.

i would like to suggest that a team should be assigned the task of cleaning the buses every morning in other to ensure that it is clean and a surpervisor should also be employed to supervise the work done.

Also i would suggest that the buying of ticket should be done electronically, this would make the bus park less packed out and also reduce the stress of long queues on commuters.
