Dear Mrs. Sana,

My name is ABC mother of ZXY who will attend on school trip for three days to Paris. As you mentioned in the student’s parent meeting , your school is looking for some parents to join the trip. I am writing this email to you to volunteer myseft to join the trip.

Firstly, For the last 15 years, I have worked as a secondary school teacher and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Therefore, I have known how to handling student for especially school trips. For example, I can speak respectfully to student and give them a safety feeling while away from home .Moreover, I had spent 3 years to study at Paris which gave me well understanding of France’s cultural and France language. I believe I could use my personal experience about Paris to help student know about food, people, and history of heart of fashion city.

I also have a questions about the trip. Does school cover all fees for parents who join the trip? Last semester, I remember all parents who attended the trip to nearby city had to cover all expenses including accommodation, transportation, and food. However, since this is an international trips which clearly put a financial burdan on parents. I would be applicated if school can cover all the fee such as flight tickets has attractive to more parent to apply this trip.

I would love to be a part of parent team to join the trip with students. I hope we could arrange one more meeting for parents at school on next Monday to know more plan’s details of school for this trip.
