Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to say thanks for your effort to take and give the best result for our photos of my family.

Photos which you took two weeks ago when I did birthday party is very amazing. We are so satisfied for the result and we like it so much. We cannot find another photographers because you are so professional and decide will always book you for every event in my family. Next month we will make a family event and I hope you will be able to be our photographer.

This event is my father’s birthday on 25th of July and will be implemented in a hotel with guest among 100 people. We will have special photo section after the event because we need to change family’s photo in our home. So, it will take more much time and we will be able to pay extra. I hope you are still available for that date, please confirm me by answer this letter.
