Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to you to make some complaints about my last stay during my business trip. On January 24-26 I stayed at this hotel, room -N9. In the duration of my residency there have been some uncomfortabilities. Firstly, the air conditioning has not been working properly ,so I immediately addressed to the manager and he solved the problem. Then, I find out that my room has not been cleaned completely and I asked for janitor to clear it up ,however,she gave up her duty and was impolite to me.Finally,the heating system was off. Consequently, I had some health issues.

What I want you to improve the service and facilities. The air conditionings and heating systems should be replaced.Also, it would be better give a punishment to the janitor .
