Dear Sir,

I am Sam, a student from your evening batch of a web development course. It has been hard to manage the workload since I found the full-time job. Therefore, I am writing this letter to request to cancel my enrollment for now.

I was unemployed at the beginning of this course.However, recent opportunity from the ABC company changed my schedule. At the beginning, I was confident about my time management skills. However, my job requires more commitment than I estimated.

Furthermore, doing course and job simultaneously is affecting my mental as well as physical health.Moreover, I am not confident about passing the final exam because of lack of attention during the class. So, as per my opinion, dropping a course would be a best choice for now.

I enrolled in this course with lots of hope and because of your reputation. I am still planning to complete it once I get a chance. Though, it is not an ideal time right now. Therefore, I will personally reach out to you during my vacation to complete the course. Thus, can you guide me through the process of dropping out from a course?
