Dear Mr. John Smith,
I am writing to you to inform that the new employee, namely Peter Taylor, unfortunately, caused numerous problem in the labour which I manage.
My colleagues and I are trying to study for him how he should achieve his tasks, and he would like to do these without any mistake. However, he is, likely due to his exciting, usually cause various smaller or larger troubles for us, such as making the mistaken bills or accepting. We need to storno these later if we would like to avoid those financial problem which could created by the mistaken bills.
Therefore, I would like to ask to you to consider whether he can get another position with such tasks which don’t require specialized knowledge in the finance field. If it is impossible, he and the company had better to search another worker instead of him to this position. Therefore, I would like it if you address this situation according to this. In my opinion, the ideal solution would be the most beneficial for everyone if he got another job on another labour.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Susan Taylor
