Respected HR manager,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter regarding our recently joined staff member, Mr. Jagmeet Singh. He has become a matter of concern for all the workers because he is not disciplined and co-operative with others.

Once, I tried to talk with him. But didn’t behave professionally. I have been heard from other co-workers that he don’t do his work properly and leave it for others. People are frustrated and disappointed with Mr. Jagmeet Singh.

We all want you to tackle this issue. I can understand he is new, he needs some time to adjust in new environment. I just want if you can talk to him because it will be unfair for him if you fire him. I hope he will mix up with us soon.
