I am writing this letter to inform you about the employee that you hired recently at our workplace.
To begin with, there are problems caused by the new employee. He is not only dishonest with his work but also creates a lot of mess at the workplace. He always does less work and hands over his work to me; that is why I have to complete a lot of work. Along with this, he leaves his work area as is. What’s more, he does not know how to behave with his colleagues. If someone tries to make him realize his mistakes, then he speaks very rudely.
To continue with my suggestions to resolve this problem: Initially, I request you to give him a warning letter so that he can realize his mistakes. Moreover, you must provide a lesson on the rules and regulations of the company to him. However, the last option is to fire him so we can maintain the workplace environment.
