Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the spare room that can be rented by student of your college. So can you please guide me through the process of making an application or an advertisement in your official newsletter?

My name is Smit Parmar, and I live on the 740 Leslie Street and my apartment number is 1400. My apartment is very close to the gym area of your college. Recently, my old roommate got a new job and moved to a different city. Hence, I have an additional room that can be occupied by a student. The benefit of renting near to college is not only monetarily but also it will help student to save time.

My apartment is at a great location. Moreover, I have an economical lease. Although, as I am living alone, I don’t need 2 bedroom apartment. Thus, I decided to rent one room to split the expenses.

However, I have few conditions before renting. First of all, I love cleanliness in my kitchen and living room area. Moreover, smoking is totally prohibited in the house. Though, it is permitted in balcony area.
