Dear Sir,

Greetings for the day! I am writing this letter to apprise that I am discontinuing this job.

I have been working as volunteer in the New Jersey branch of your trust for one year.I was treating hundreds of street poor people.I have learnt a variety of untold experiences.

In two weeks, I will move to Florida because I got a green card.At least, I will never forget how I helped so many people who fight with difficult diseases as a result of all the blessings I got with a permanent work permit visa.

Secondly, I have already found a replacement for myself. This is my colleague Ksenia. She shows interest in volunteering. She is very responsible and has a kind heart. I have already told her everything about the rules and regulations of our trust. She is waiting impatiently. If you allow,she will work instead of me and I will bring her to the interview.

I am looking for your response. Thank you for giving me an opportunity for great experience.
