Dear Mr. Kılınç,

I writing this email to leave my duty. Nowadays, I can not spare time for volunteer services.

I was working to help elderly people. I helped these people to go to social area for daily experience three times a week like a parks, historical places, forests. Sometimes I was bringing old people by my vehicles, sometime we were using by public transports. So, I have to spare more time to do activity.

I have no time to do this duty nowadays because I got a new assignment from my work. I will go to abroad for 6 months. That’s why, I will not be able to continue volunteering. Our organization has four volıunteers to help elderly people because our neigboorhood is uncrowded. Unfortunately, we can not neglect this organization.

So, I found new people to take my place. I talked my friends. They name are Ali, Tolga, Canan. They worked for İzmir Unicef Foundation. That’s mean, they have experience for villing works. At the same time, they are interested in our organization. They will come there to talk you.
