Unfortunately, because of a previous appointment, you cannot go to the interview at the time they wish. Write a letter to the admissions tutor. Dear Sir/Madam,

I have written this letter to you offering for an request from you.They was an interview l was supposed to be attending unfortunately I cannot make it in time at the venue so l was asking for rearrangements in time.

I will not be able to make it as l have travelled on a trip with the whole family to see my sick grandfather in Burundi.l really send my deepest apologies to you as l have dissapointed you in trusting me on putting me through the interview. l would really appreciate it if you could give me another shot for the interview on a different schedule later that day if they are going to be perfomed.

Furthermore, l would like to ask you some few questions about the interview, how long the process will be taking and are they going to be any tests available also.

Thank you for your time and consideration on my proposal letter. I am looking forward to your prompt response.
