Band 4+: You have been invited to attend an interview for a place studying a course at a college. Unfortunately, because of a previous appointment, you cannot come at the time they wish. Write a letter to the admission tutor. In your letter explain your position apologise and offer to come on another day or later the same day also ask how long the interview will be, and whether there will be any tests during it

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apologise to you because I had been absent at your scheduled interview that held on 22 November at 10.00am.

I am Mariya C. J., I received an admission interview letter from NIMHANS for my Master’s in psychology ;that was a dream moment for me! Psychology is my passionated career, and I am always updated with the news and informations that you had been sharing on your website.

I sincerely apologise for you that I am wasted your time, and I am regretted,if you have disturbed because of me. I lost my opportunity ;I had an appointment with a neurosurgeon at Delhi on that same day regards of my mother treatment. I hope that I can attend my interview on 25 November, if your team are convenient with it.

In addition to that, I am curious about to know there is any further procedure that I have to done like an exam?and how long it will be take to complete my interview?. It would be very helpful if you share those details.
