Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you I will not be able to attend the interview for the studying course at the designated time.

Unfortunately, I already have an appointment at the same slot hence I apologise for the inconvenience. I was wondering if I can come late on the same day or if we can reschedule the interview on another day.

The course in which I applied for was the masters in public health. The classes were from monday to wednesday in the evening and the total duration for the program was 2 years. Additionally, I applied for the financial aid provided by the university and my reference number is 456.

Furthermore, how long the interview will be and are there going to be any tests during the interview? I am asking so I can prepare myself before hand. It is my humble request if you can reschedule my interview day or time.
