I hope you are doing well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for not being able to attend the scheduled interview for the course due to a prior commitment that I cannot change. I regret any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

I am very interested in this course, as it aligns perfectly with my academic and career goals. I have been looking forward to this interview as an opportunity to demonstrate my enthusiasm and qualifications. Therefore, I would be extremely grateful if it were possible to reschedule. I have to visit my mum immediately. I am available later on the same day or on another date that is convenient for you. Please let me know if this can be arranged.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could inform me about the duration of the interview and whether any tests will be included. This information would help me prepare properly and perform my best.
