Dear Alok Raghav,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to bring a notice to you about the disturbance causing by new neighbours, who recently moved to downstairs.

As you know that I am a working professional, doing remote work for Amazon Company. I work for late night shifts to my office, from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. The new neighbour, whose name is jack, is a musician who plays guitar and drums for his band. As he was practicing the band in late nights with full volume of sound and music causing distraction to my work and disturbance to my family.

However, I know it is important for him to practice for his final sessions, but it should be done without causing any inconvenience to other people. In Addition to that, Last Monday, I was scheduled to meeting with my clients and was not able to do it from my home as jack began his instruments playing at my meeting time. I went to near by café which is main street about 2Kilometers from my room.

Moreover, he can use morning time for his band sessions as I don’t have any problem in that. Futhermore, he can also use headphones and low volume speakers as an best alternative.

I was already spoken with him regarding this issue and has no outcome for the debate. So, I am requesting you to please consider my problem and discuss about this issue with jack as soon as possible. This would be a great help for me from your side.
