Dear Mr. Rinchi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am Mariya C. J., a resident of your block 3A for five years. I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a pressing issue related to the new resident of block 3B.

The new resident of block 3B is hosting several parties a week, especially on the weekends and in the late evenings. Sometimes they continue until midnight. The issue is the loud and disruptive noise coming from block 3B.

Because of this, I am encountering many challenges; it is affecting my ability to enjoy my home and to get adequate rest; it is also causing disturbances in my sleep.

As such, it would be very convenient for me if you could inform him regarding this matter and give him some instructions, particularly to take measures to control the loud noise.
