Dean Mr. John,

I am writing this letter to complain regarding about our new neighbour due their noise.

The new resident is conducting several parties a month, especially on the weekends. Sometimes the party continue until midnight. The main issue is loud voice.

Because of these, I am facing lots of heavy problems not to get enough sleep. I have many health issue, it is affecting my health and adequate rest.

Kindly you come and give the information about the loud voice.
