Dear Rincy,

I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirts. I apologize for not contacting you for a long time. Anyhow, there is good news for you. I got promotion and transfer to your city. I am excited about this opportunity.

I have to join in the new office within one week. Since this is a higher post, I haven’t got any joining time. There is a little tension to me about the new city and the new responsibility of job too. I never experienced such a metro city life. Hence within a short period, I have to do all the arrangements for it.

The major problem is to find the secure accommodation. Some of the working women’s hostel are far from my office, so could you search for pay guest option near to my office? In addition to this, I want to get bus service details to my native place. Since I am living in a rural area, there is no direct trains to my village. Finally, I want to know the city service bus details to travel around the city for shopping.
