Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Princedeep Singh and currently I am residing in Brampton. I am writing this letter to address my concern about the transportation system.

I have moved here one month ago from Vancouver. The transportation system over there was excellent however in Brampton I have experienced some problems. On Monday I started my new job in Toronto. I decided to take bus to work rather than booking an uber. So I checked the timing of the bus for the nearby bus station. Unfortunately, when I reached to the station I noticed bus has not arrived on time. I had to wait for twenty minutes to take another bus.

Due to this, I got late to my work. Because it was my first day I received a warring email from HR. Afterwards I booked uber for next three days to be on time. On Friday due to some reason uber server was down and I decided to take bus again. I have to take two buses to reach my work, the first bus was on time but when I arrived at second station the bus was late again. As a result, my company fired me due to disciplinary actions.

I hope you will look into this matter and make some positive changes in the system. It would be helpful for everyone if the updated time for the buses will be displayed on the transit app. This way citizens can make some other arrangements to commute.
