Dear BTS Company,
I am writing this regarding to issue that I had with the 2A bus on Wednesday at 08:00 a.m., while I was on my way to the B company. I have been using this train for 6 months, recently the service has become increasingly unreliable.
First, the bus often arrive late than the scheduled time or is cancelled without prior noctice.On several occasions, I have waited for more than 40 minutes beyond the scheduled time. In addition, the information that displayed on the timetable does not match the actual time. This lack of time has made it difficult for me toplan my daily commute.
As a result of these issues, I have been late for work multiple times, which has negatively affected my work. Furthermore, I have had to spend extra money on others transportation, such as an Uber.
I would appreciate it if your company could improve all the service. I hope these issuse will be taken to resolve soon.
